Proplus.msi windows 7 download

When prompted to download sp3 it asks me to insert the office xp pro with front page. I don't have the cd, it was enstalled by dell. Dell has informed me that they no longer have this cd. I have researched to find out what my program is looking for and I found that I have missing files, "proplus,msi" is what I am being told, is needed to run sp3 from microsoft. How can I retrieve these files without the cd to recover them?

The thread did show me how to "Run" Excel which helps as I now can access some of the application but not all features work in it and it still pops up windows saying that the msi file is missing and it can't install Excel. I'd still like to get Excel working fully if anyone can suggest anything else I've now got myself a new computer with Vista and so everything is working fine.
