3d earth installing search view virtual

I am a newbie so I don't know all the proper terms and such but I have followed all the directions in the help section for the Virtual Earth program.

Can anyone put me in touch with Bill Gates I am sure he would know what to do. I have been around and around on phones to Microsoft with no luck.. Thank You for your input.. I'm sure Bill is a brillant man but Duncan Lawler is going to be your best help. Unfortunaly from his post it sounds like you have pretty much nothing to go with the current version.

There is nothing tricky about the 3D stuff install wise but it sounds like your environment and VE arn't getting along.

I'm suprised there isn't debug information being outputed. If you were to run the stand alone code from say the ghost demo or the 3D navigator stuff would the same error occur?

You may get some better insights? I have nothing sorry I am back with more questions.. I might just be putting more gunk in the system I can tell that you know the buzz words and that puts me at a disadvantage..
