I was reading on My CP Collection about identifying the date from the signature, and it looks like this one was from Any feedback? Just leave it in the comments. The only thing I was curious about is the signature does not seem to be the traditional one from Xavier Robert like the doll pictured above.

She was a generic doll that I never played with much, but her brown eyes and calico dress of brown, orange, and cream always caught my eye. She came with the name Jamie —a sound that, to me, replicated the sound of tinkling wind chimes and was, I believed, the most beautiful sound in the English language.
