After enjoying a delicious dinner or light supper, according to the tradition of your family, complete the evening by reading aloud the First Christmas from Luke, chapter 2, verses and singing or listening to carols and other sacred Christmas music.

Just a warning: When we did the program it ran a little longer than expected, but I had people tell me that it was the best Christmas party that they had attended.
Since I planned on having a program for our Ward activity, and that it might be a little longer than usual, I knew I had to come up with something to keep the children busy.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog.
I am amazed at the number of people that have used my script. I hope the members of your ward enjoy it and are able to feel the Spirit. If you use my script and make changes to it, I would love to hear about them.

If I remember right, we had dinner before. After a certain amount of time we let everyone know that we would be beginning the program. They could continue eating if they felt like it.
As for the time frame…I think it was 45 mins-1 hour, I think. Hope this helps. Hear us and help us, we pray. We wait in eager anticipation, for the glory of your salvation this night.
